Hi Friends! We are renting out our home in Topanga Canyon for the first time ever while we spend some time in the desert and traveling for work projects. Our home is perfect for both families or a quiet get away for artists or writers in the serene sanctuary of Topanga.
Fully furnished and flooded with natural light - our home is a 1600 Sq Ft 2 bed + 2 bath treehouse with office (could be converted to small third bedroom), and features a detached meditation room & ample outdoor living space. An open floor plan features living, dining and kitchen areas with cozy fireplace on the upper floor while the bedrooms and office are tucked away on the lower floor. Our house is fully remodeled, has AC on each floor and is quiet and peaceful with an amazing breeze, views and excellent vibes. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.
We welcome most pets but please note that the outdoor space is not fully enclosed and Topanga is a shared and open space for wildlife.
$6,000 including utilities, highspeed internet, gas + gardeners once a month - short term (1-6 months) leases available starting as of April, 2025.

Hi! We are Erika and Matt Magsaysay - this is our beautiful home that we lovingly remodeled and have enjoyed living in for almost a decade with our 2 dogs. We also have a home in the Desert and plan to live there and travel for the next few months. We are renting out our home to cover just our hard costs and hope that we can help out friends, family or fire victims in our community that are looking for a short term place to call home.
